By partnering with clients, a VA provides professional, administrative support without being physically present in the office. Projects are communicated via fax, the internet, phone or email. A Virtual Assistant offers all the benefits of an in-house secretary without the employee overhead.

No screening process required. No wasted time interviewing / searching for the "ideal" assistant. Project can commence immediately.

Location is not an issue. No matter where in the world you or your place of business is located, a VA can interface with you providing exceptional assistance via phone, email, facsimile or the internet.

If a placement agency is not established in the area than no support is available.

There is no requirement on behalf of the client to invest in expensive equipment or provide an adequate work environment. Large Cost Savings.

Client must have adequate office space and equipment. Costly.

Agencies cannot guarantee the same employee for a job as they may be at a different location for the time requested.

Whether a client requires full time assistance or part time, my rates do not change. In fact, I offer a reduced rate for companies that require assistance on a permanent basis. Skill set offered for any job is advanced.

Agencies offer full time assistance and part time assistance. Rates change according to the time and skill required. The more skill required the higher the price you pay.

There are no specific working hours, no over time charges. Needs of the client can be met outside the standard 9:00 - 5:00 day.

A temp from an agency works a 9:00 - 5:00 day.
